Job Description
You will be the person between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively delivering great customer service via telephone, email, online chat and social media; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre role is preferred. Whilst we provide excellent training, you will need to bring enthusiasm, reliability and initiative. You will be proactive, energetic and have the desire to be part of an efficient and busy Customer Service team.
The role is full time working a variety of shift patterns Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7.30am-6pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide great customer service support through mediums of telephone, email, online chat and social media.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives where required.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers; we offer a personalized service so we are looking for someone with personality.
- Processing customer payment information.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Support other Head Office departments.
