Job Description
Providing support and direction in the delivery of KPIs, you will deliver exceptional standards and friendly, helpful and efficient customer service. You will also ensure that the café complies with statutory standards, policies and procedures.
You will:
- Assist in the achievement of sales targets and cost control
- Promote good communications and help to deal with employee and volunteer issues
- Support the delivery of coaching, mentoring and training to the team
- Help to manage and recruit volunteers and employees
- Complete café reporting requirements
