Job Description
- 2nd and 3rd line support on Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX.
- Analyse and troubleshoot the ERP system while performing User Acceptance Testing responsibilities.
- Diagnose and fix issues on Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experienced in Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 F&O support.
- Working knowledge of Finance modules
- Knowledge of Dynamics AX Integrations with other systems.
