Your duties as the Senior Data Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Collaborate with R&D specialists & technology scouts to identify, analyse & prioritise new areas of potential research,
2. Provide early signals, trends & scientific intelligence on emerging technologies for further analysis & discussion.
3. Establish relevant methods & workflows, such as identifying information sources.
4. Integrate analyses & critical information with existing pipelines, and influencing strategic decision making.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Science & Technology Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A degree in a Biological science or similar field.
2. Proven experience of using data science based approaches to gather information from unstructured sources.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience of programming in python & natural language processing.
