Job Description

* Write technical requirements for the Engineering team to complete based on user stories
* Analyse the impact of proposed product changes
* Co-ordinate and run sprints, retro meetings, and daily stand-ups
* Build an excellent SCRUM environment
* Remove blockages and obstacles
* Liaise with stakeholders on process updates in line with project objectives
* Maintain and manage JIRA/Kanban boards


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Agile software development/test cycle
* Scrum techniques (DoD, user stories, automating testing, backlog refinement)
* Excellent leadership and communication
* Problem solving and conflict resolution
* Technical knowledge/experience
* JIRA or similar
* Agreement to security clearance
* Must be able to work 5 days in either Woodbridge or Cambridge if/when required (project dictated)
