You will be required to fully engage with the brand you will be assigned to and develop extensive knowledge of the product whilst building strong working relationships across our dealerships including the aftersales manager and the aftersales team.

You will deliver class leading customer experience for all interactions. You will be expected to put our customers’ needs at the forefront of your objectives and deliver a high level of customer service at all times in keeping with the core values of the company.
Having experience of Kerridge is desirable.
