Job Description

You will be required to fully engage with the brand you will be assigned to and develop extensive knowledge of the product whilst building strong working relationships across our dealerships including the aftersales manager and the aftersales team.
Your duties will include:

  • Contacting customers by telephone throughout the ownership of their vehicle to assist them with making service, MOT and repair appointments
  • Answering inbound calls from our customers to make workshop appointments
  • Making follow-up customer satisfaction calls to our customers after they have visited our workshops, to ensure they are completely satisfied
  • Assisting with ad-hoc prospecting calls as required, maximizing business opportunities to the Sales and After Sales operation of the Van Centre’s through a series of prioritized calls for scheduled maintenance, deferred work, seasonal campaigns and offer led campaigns
  • Providing general customer service via telephone to our customers, as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal applicant will have some previous contact Centre, customer service or motor industry experience together with a confident, pleasant telephone manner. You will be conscientious, should have excellent communication skills and be computer literate, although full training will be given.
You will deliver class leading customer experience for all interactions. You will be expected to put our customers’ needs at the forefront of your objectives and deliver a high level of customer service at all times in keeping with the core values of the company.
Having experience of Kerridge is desirable.
