Responsibilities will include:
Ideally, you will have had previous experience in a similar role, ideally working in a global organisation however this is not essential.
You should be familiar with job levelling and excellent data analysis skills and have a desire to work in the reward space, you might be working in HR looking to specialise or you could be working in a finance role.
Most importantly, you will have a passion for working in the Reward field, demonstrate an awareness of current trends and will have the energy to research and present your ideas and findings.
