  • Lead customer growth and lead customer sell-ups (for which an incentive bonus is provided)
  • Complete and review monthly reporting on service performance, customer satisfaction and sales to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitoring the delivery of services for quality and compliance in accordance with policies and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in cyber security in client-facing positions
