Job Description

Having recently signed up with an MSP to manage the higher-level infrastructure, we are looking for someone to provide Desktop Support to the team of c55 recruiters and back-office staff. Alongside Desktop Support, you will be responsible for raising tickets, basic Application support and setting up hardware for new starters.

This role could suit someone who is looking to drop their hours to part time, or someone who may be towards the end of their career, and just looking for a nice role with a friendly company to keep them busy for a couple of days per week!! Ideally, we are looking for someone who can work 2-3 days per week, although this is flexible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 3 years within an IT Support position
• Able to provide Desktop Support in a Windows environment
• Active Directory for setting up new accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• The personality fit is just as important as the technical aspect for this role
