Job Description
You will be required to provide IT support across three sites within Cambridgeshire ensuring that ICT services are delivered, maintained and supported at all times.
Your job will see you provide 1st and 2nd line support on a wide range of issues and a good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and virtualisation is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven IT Support experience
A good knowledge of Windows Servers (ideally with some SCCM or Intune knowledge)
A good knowledge of either Hyper-V or VMWare
Any previous experience of working within the Education Sector (Universities or Schools) would be desirable.
