Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • First and second line support telephony, IT applications and desktop
  • Responding to phone calls, emails and face to face requests
  • Provide routine maintenance of equipment and applications
  • Troubleshooting of infrastructure faults on physical equipment
  • Creating and tracking tickets
  • Create and maintain records

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The role of the Network Engineer is to support the Service Desk Manager, in close co-operation with other colleagues, with the responsibility for successful implementation and ongoing management of Unified Communications applications and systems, as well as implementation of strategy and programmes of work.
