Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic solutions provider based in Port Talbot. You will join a projects team whereby you will be the point of contact for customer enquiries, questions and queries. You will also:
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their quotations and orders to establish and manage expectations
- Review various project specifications, technical drawings and data to provide an accurate quote to the customer
- Manage customer expectations whilst taking responsibility to ensure outstanding actions are completed as promised.
- Liaise with various teams, including the production, dispatch and transport team to confirm timelines and to ensure all orders are completed on time and correctly.
- Input all quotes and orders onto the SAP system, establish margins and verify pricing
- If applicable, verify the PO number against the quotation, ensuring all information and data is complete and accurate
- Provide weekly stage reports and reviews
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date and managed effectively.
