• Taking inbound calls helping customers with insurance quotes, making sales, and solving customer queries.
• Making outbound calls to existing customer ensuring things are running smoothly and finding out of there is anything else you can offer them.
• Deliver outstanding customer service whilst being encouraged to learn new skills.
• Always aiming for that next sale to earn commission and increase your basic salary.
