Job Description

Working under the Network and Security manager you will take responsibility for supporting network services; supporting and improving network infrastructure; as well as supporting and maintaining network security. You will also get involved in monitoring and reporting on network performance; maintaining and contributing to network documentation; and providing support for connectivity across campus.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Supporting end user / corporate like environments
• Configuring enterprise class switches and routers
• Firewall support incl rule configuration
• Supporting / Maintaining wireless networks
• Troubleshooting including commands and tools such as wireshark
• Ethernet networks – VLANs, IP address schemes, subnetting
