Highly demonstrable business analysis experience, within at least two different roles and industries is essential. Experience within Education, Publishing or the Public Sector is desirable
Broad experience across the project lifecycle, including Waterfall and agile/hybrid methodologies and from feasibility through to design and development
Deep knowledge and application of industry standard tools and methodologies including BPMN, UML, gap analysis, root cause analysis, amongst others
A team player who is pro-active in their personal development, to the development of others within the wider team and contributes to the knowledge base
BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis is desirable.
