Job Description
  • Motivating a team of Customer Service Assistants 
  • Coaching your team and developing their potential
  • Making sure the shop always looks the part (e.g. visual displays) 
  • Getting to know your customers to champion safer gambling at all times
  • Taking care of opening and closing in our shops 
  • Making sure your shop hits its targets

You’ll be out there on the shop floor, engaging with our customers to ensure we’re delivering the best experience.
