Job Description
  • Meet and greet all visitors, clients and personnel
  • Book and print all security passes for all visitors and staff
  • Facilitate visitor concierge service for all visitors
  • Ensuring all client accessible areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Operate main switchboard
  • Manage the company fleet and additional hire vehicles, liaise with staff to ensure driving license checks remain up to date.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensure that there are adequate office supplies (stationery, food and drink, cleaning supplies etc.)
  • Manage and liaises with third party contractors for maintenance, cleaning and building maintenance requirements.
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • GCSE Math and English at grade C or higher
  • Previous experience within reception or a customer focused position
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a fast-paced delivery focussed environment
  • Experienced in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previously worked within an administration and support role
  • Experience of 3rd party contractor management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong drive and resilience
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail, especially under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Flexible and comfortable balancing workloads
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
  • Must have own means of getting to work
