Working Hours - 40 hours per week. 5 days of 7

Your duties will include:

• Delivering a bespoke journey to our customers
• Ensuring the customers receive a great and memorable service right from the very start
• Understanding the customers’ requirements and be able to convert them into inspiration designs
• Providing a memorable service and an outstanding customer experience through the customer journey to deliver both personal targets and support the total Showroom targets
• Supporting Showroom Advisors and other Team Members taking leads through observational coaching and recognizing their performance when appropriate
• Finding inspirational solutions for customer’s projects
• Providing an industry leading service, from the first meeting, right through to a full aftercare service
• Promoting all of our services including finance and installation (where available)
• Following processes to ensuring remedial costs are minimized
• Supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of effective communications to ensure the showroom team are fully engaged and are kept up-to-date on all new products and services
• Carrying out competitor visits using the observations to support performance
• Taking responsibility for the standards in the showroom, including the implementation of promotions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience within a sales targeted environment
• Experience with a customer experience environment
• Experience of Using CAD to design for a third party
• Strong communication and relationship building
• Commercially aware
• Self-motivated
