Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Successful applicants will be adaptable to different working environments and have a strong eye for detail. So, what does the role involve?
- Building relationships and getting to know your customer, tailoring their experience based on their destination
- Becoming a travel money ambassador, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
- Whilst you may be required to work independently, you will be working inclusively in a wider diverse team
- Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
- Processing daily online request and deliveries
- Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to our compliance procedures
