Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join an established and dynamic manufacturing company. You will work within a busy and energetic team whereby you will provide support to all our customers, answering their questions and queries. You will also:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and customers, through regular communication and contact in various forms, ensuring excellent service and timely responses
- Receive and input orders into the system ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support all orders through the end-to-end process, answering any questions and queries customers may have
- Arrange bookings and liaise with other teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and update customers accordingly
- Identify when useful, and create various reports regarding customers, orders and responses, utilizing the data and results to improve the department and wider business
- Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including proactively chasing payments, sending copy invoices and statements and investigating overdue invoices
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date and managed effectively
- Support with various office support tasks on an ad-hoc basis, including dealing with incoming and outgoing post, answering the door, greeting visitors etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a bright and experienced customer service executive, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all customers and confident in having difficult or challenging conversations. You will also have:
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with people on all levels
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (comfortable taking further courses on this if necessary)
- A keen eye for detail and able to work under pressure
- The drive to learn and develop within a role and business
- Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.
