The Administrator will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, ensuring personal identifiable information is recorded accurately and confidentially. Answer incoming calls in to the service, arrange appointments, and format correspondence letters on behalf of the clinicians. You will also be responsible to complete copying, filing and scanning and maintain accurate record keeping.
In order to meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
