Job Description

You'll have the chance to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external people. What you’ll do:

  • Work across a variety of programmes within Co-op Property, support with governance and signing-off property transactions and arrange property inspections when required
  • Make sure that all work goes through the right approval processes
  • Carry out general programme and systems administration to support the wider team including facilitating payments
  • Report and monitor key management information (MI) and data to proactively identify and minimize risk
  • Maintain relationships across the business, making links across internal and external partners including solicitors and agents
  • Help to redefine processes and ways of working in the team to drive efficiencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong administration experience or experience in a project / programme environment
  • A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • The capability to work with internal and external partners to get the right results
  • Good general IT skills with the ability to confidently use programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
