Job Description

• Develop new reporting, forecasting and insightful analysis to support a new revenue stream
• Support sales teams to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts
• Co-ordination of the annual budget process, including target setting, consolidation, reporting and analysis
• Support Group Financial Controller in the management of share schemes including tracking of awards and share-based payment effects on the group's financial results
• Prepare materials to support investment/ potential IPO listing, including long-term business plan, management presentations, working capital report and admission document
• Ad-hoc projects such as pre-acquisition due diligence, modelling of acquisition targets for a business case, and post-acquisition review
• Support the Group Financial Controller in the oversight of the group's CRM system to ensure it provides accurate, complete and timely reporting and forecasting
• Support production of monthly management accounts pack
• Tracking of R&D expenditure across products and customers
• Production of regular reporting as required by third parties such as banks and ratings agencies
• Support presentations and press released as required
• Additional ad hoc work and analysis to support the wider business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates must have strong practical experience of analysis, either from an FP&A or transactions services background. You will have good knowledge of accounting standards, and working knowledge around business transactions and financial due diligence would be beneficial. Candidates must have strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. Previous experience working in a high-growth, SaaS related environment would be desirable.
