You will provide comprehensive administration support to the directorate. The main focus of the role is the administration of a document supply service. The role also includes: providing office administration and project management support, including administrative support to senior managers; managing meeting arrangements and workshops; arranging travel and accommodation; and administering financial transactions.
Specific tasks assigned to the post-holder may change in response to business needs; the post holder will need to have a flexible approach and be adaptable to change.
