Job Description

Recognised as the Subject Matter Expert (SME); focusing on Employer Brand initiatives, candidate personas, Digital marketing, social media and all elements of an EB and Recruitment Marketing campaign.
Proactively ensuring the strategy, design and execution of local employer brand / campaigns with the current workforce in mind, and ensuring a full end to end EBRM service offering is available in Hub that is designed to efficiently integrate into local BAU methods, to fulfil the Talent Acquisition plan / forecast, leading 3rd parties where appropriate and training locally aligned team members where appropriate to ensure EB actions continue.

The 2 Key Programmes Of Delivery:

Embedding our EB efforts in India:

  • Auditing EB activities, messages and usage to build a robust strategy to embed employer brand into BAU
  • Working alongside 3rd party agency to analyse current employer brand messaging and working to align the wider company messaging framework and updating to ensure it accurately reflects the reasons to join us in India
  • Working closely with India HR and TAQ leadership team to create a sustainable model to ensure ongoing attraction plans and employer brand management
  • Drive partnership with local Talent Acquisition, Talent scouts, Sourcing Professionals, to proactively ensure a suitable mix of channels are available to attract the best talent and build pipelines of talent against the workforce plan.
  • Supervise and measure the efficiency of EB / recruitment marketing campaigns against key measures of success on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum return on investment, and proactively share feedback of these results to partners within the business. Build into future strategies and recommendations
  • Write copy for e-communications and ad hoc requests, including local country website pages, Social media country pages, e-newsletters and campaigns for key audiences where appropriate


Creating the framework for rolling out Employer Branding across our large markets:

  • Working with the Global EB CoE to build sustainable methods of operating, that will ensure consistency in use of our employer brand tools, messages and frameworks
  • Building a 'sliding scale' of accessible tools to make sure the employer brand is flexible enough to meet the needs of differing resource and needs in each market
  • Create roll outs to new countries (including training, communication, stakeholder engagement and ongoing auditing) to ensure consistent use of the company brand.
  • Working with local and global TAQ leads and other HR/Business Partners to empower organisational change and build BAU processes and ways of working
  • Responsible for ensuring that the local activation and expression of the EB messages are fit for purpose for the local market and managing any changes to the look/feel of marketing collateral


Across both streams of work, responsible for:

  • Communicating progress to all key business partners utilising internal digital comms channels
  • Leading stakeholder engagement on brand principles and education to the business where needed
  • Proactively ensuring all assets are utilised, managed, and governed appropriately
  • Support with the selection and utilization of local vendors as required to implement all programs in line with Global guidance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the changing factors that can impact the candidate experience, and campaign results.
  • Campaign execution and management experience
  • Working with external vendors
  • Strong relationship builder / influencer
  • Experience of digital recruitment marketing strategies
  • Experience of working in a global, sophisticated organisation
  • Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience beneficial however not technically required.
