As Talent Acquisition Administrator, the job combines recruitment administration and supporting the HR Manager with all aspects of administration associated with the companies graduate recruitment process.
Being organised, proactive and confident along with juggling a busy workload is a must!
Whilst recruitment experience would be an advantage, it is not essential - what you will need is administration and solid MS experience including Outlook.
You will be processing CV's, arranging interviews and working closely with the Hiring Managers, the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team. The graduate recruitment process will include the organising of assessment centres, co-ordination of various internal diaries and liaising with candidates.
