Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Card & PIN File reconciliation
  • Reporting Card & PIN File Issues
  • Administering Ad-Hoc Pull Requests
  • Weekly Card Stock Management
  • Requesting Card Print Quotes and arranging stock orders
  • Monitor Bulk Card Creation process
  • Monitoring Express Deliveries and Managing Exceptions
  • Handling Card and PIN Delivery Queries and Providing Support to Sales and Customer Service
  • Support Test Card Administration and Fulfilment
  • Monitoring Hard Copy Invoice Printing and Handling Queries
  • Generate Monthly Renewal Extracts for Key Accounts
  • Preparing Monthly Card Production Statistics for Finance
