Management of the accounts receivable function, debtor management, bank reconciliations, maintenance of accounting systems and assisting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects
Management of weekly and monthly payroll (approx. 65 employees on each), PAYE reporting, administration of P11d’s, P45’s, P60’s, recording private mileage and expense claims, and satisfying all HMRC procedures
Assist the HR Director in the implementation of a new people management system, continued administration of HR documentation, contracts, sickness and holiday records and personal health questionnaires
