Job Description

This will be an extremely varied role working with an interesting client base, involving the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, bookkeeping and the associated corporate and personal tax returns for clients from a range of business sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships
• Preparation of tax computations (personal and corporate)
• Management accounts preparation
• Preparation of VAT Returns & client bookkeeping
• Dealing with HMRC queries
• Training clients on accountancy software.
• Liaising with clients directly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• AAT Qualified (ideally) or Part Qualified
• QBE is also considered
• Previous experience of working in practice is essential
