Job Description
You will support the L&D function by keeping training records updated, producing reports and keeping the system up to date. You will engage with key stakeholders and ensure certificates are produced and posted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
May include, but are not limited to:
- Produce skills reports as required
- Manage and distribute internal and external training certificates
- Cover for absence and leave of the Training Administrator
- Enroll employees on to the My Learning system
- Keep learning accounts up to date by removing leavers and duplicate accounts
- Monitor and respond to shared in-box
- Respond to queries from learners
- Send evaluation forms to learners following courses
- Receive, monitor and evaluate feedback from learners, highlighting to Training Manager as necessary
