Job Description

You will support the L&D function by keeping training records updated, producing reports and keeping the system up to date. You will engage with key stakeholders and ensure certificates are produced and posted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Produce skills reports as required
  • Manage and distribute internal and external training certificates
  • Cover for absence and leave of the Training Administrator
  • Enroll employees on to the My Learning system
  • Keep learning accounts up to date by removing leavers and duplicate accounts
  • Monitor and respond to shared in-box
  • Respond to queries from learners
  • Send evaluation forms to learners following courses
  • Receive, monitor and evaluate feedback from learners, highlighting to Training Manager as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
  • A good understanding of GDPR in practice
  • Excellent communication skills
