Job Description

The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified, ACA or ACCA Part qualified or qualified (QBE also considered) from a general practice background and will be experienced in the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping, tax compliance and dealing with client queries.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Corporation tax computations
• Preparation of VAT returns & bookkeeping
• Preparation of management accounts
• Personal tax returns
• Dealing with client queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• AAT Qualified/ ACA or ACCA Student/ PQ/ Qualified
• QBE also considered
• Practice experience is essential
• Good working knowledge of FRS105 & FRS102
