Job Description

The role will support various stakeholders in departments such as operations, sales, and maintenance, driving performance across the business to promote financial awareness.
Key duties will include:

• Management of a small team
• Reporting key information across the wider business and ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Influencing decision making by providing relevant information from a financial perspective
• Identifying areas where cost efficiencies can be made
• Reviewing and monitoring business plans, budgets and forecasts, investigating variances where relevant
• Working with internal stakeholders regarding commercial contracts and ROI
• Ad hoc reporting as required by the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure relevant financial controls are in place as well as driving change and making improvements.
