Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Support Administrator who is resourceful, innovative, proactive and can seamlessly adjust in a changing and challenging environment. An ability to multi-task is essential as no one day will be the same! You will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service, time management and organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation and initiative to ensure that the Offices of the Vice-Chancellor can conduct its duties to the highest of standards.
You will collaborate with team members, internal and external stakeholders and help to establish new ways of working, pioneer change, simplify processes, and be adept at using and exploiting digital technology to achieve results.
