Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Support Administrator who is resourceful, innovative, proactive and can seamlessly adjust in a changing and challenging environment. An ability to multi-task is essential as no one day will be the same! You will need to be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service, time management and organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation and initiative to ensure that the Offices of the Vice-Chancellor can conduct its duties to the highest of standards.


You will collaborate with team members, internal and external stakeholders and help to establish new ways of working, pioneer change, simplify processes, and be adept at using and exploiting digital technology to achieve results.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally have previous PA/Administration experience
  • A great communicator and enjoy connecting with people
  • Big on co-creating and collaborating with a wider team
  • Daring when it comes to making decisions and will be highly organized
  • Committed to delivering and promoting an amazing student experience, and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and empathy to the needs of a large and diverse student community
  • Strong skills in planning, organization and time management and experience of complex diary and inbox management
  • IT proficiency, with particular emphasis on the use of Excel to store, organize, and analyze data at an intermediate/advanced level
  • The ability to create reports, agendas, meeting slides and minutes using Microsoft 365
  • An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work to very tight timeframes and deadlines
  • High standard of written and verbal communications skills
  • Continuous improvement by questioning inefficient processes and look for smarter ways of working.
  • Problem solving in a structured and methodical way, analyzing, and exploring the causes of issues.
