Meeting management - organizing client and internal meetings, managing existing calendar invites and other associated activities e.g. room bookings, catering, AV requirements. This includes interaction with clients and client PA’s.
Travel management - research and organization of travel requests, some of which will be complex, both in the UK and internationally and ensuring understanding of and adherence to the travel policy. Itinerary preparation for complex travel
Expense management -proactive and timely preparation of expense claims for stakeholders. Support with processing invoices and liaising with accounts payable on behalf of stakeholders
Documents - preparation and amending of documents, complying with brand and risk procedures. Organization of print requests and maintaining the firm's client records management system (Salesforce) on behalf of stakeholders
Project support (as requested) - attend key stakeholder meetings to understand requirements of the project and required delivery timescales to include taking actions and following up with project team
Event management - proactively providing support to stakeholders on both internal and external events, including preparation of guest lists, food preferences, agendas, invitations (and responses), name badges and more
