The post holder will work with the Compliance Team and wider Team to develop systems and procedures that provide consistency across the Estates Directorate, ensuring that through regular review and audits, all staff adhere to established systems.
To support the Compliance Team and wider Team to maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) in order to achieve a quality service and statutory objectives. The post holder will also be required to provide assistance where necessary to the Administrator, dealing with all enquiries in an efficient manner for all associated units.
