Job Description

We are looking for a Accounts Administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills, to provide finance support to the agency. You’ll work within the Finance team to process expenses, invoices and client remittances, whilst also being the first point of contact for day-to-day queries.
Role responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team,
  • Assist with producing management information and reports
  • General bookkeeping, including processing supplier invoices, expense claims and credit cards
  • Reconciling and maintaining the sales and purchase ledger

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Keen interest in general finance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence
  • Ability to priorities workload
