Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Team
  • Planning and facilitating meetings, including note taking, arranging meeting rooms, prepping external attendees and running virtual meetings
  • Diary management of the Executive Director, including booking travel
  • Managing any correspondence required
  • Maintaining databases and contact lists
  • Providing administration support in the delivery of projects and work streams
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders and developing effective partnerships working with other stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Will have Administration experience
  • Competent in IT (all Microsoft packages)
