Job Description

You will be able to work well on your own and take full ownership and responsibility for the work you do. You will be happy working in a fast paced office and confident to deal with a range of stakeholders, either in person or over the phone.

This role offers full training, with excellent progression and development opportunities available. This would be an excellent opportunity for driven and confident candidate who is looking to join a friendly team without the sales targets.

You will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities. To support the business, you will;

  • Ensure customer orders and queries are processed and answered in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the Customer
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in a sales role or order processing would be desirable but it not essential
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels confidently
  • Ability to work within a team locally and nationally
  • Numerical aptitude & excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential
  • Confident MS Office skills
