Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You may have anything from one year’s recruitment experience plus; but what’s more important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, complemented by strong sales skills. You want to be the best recruiter possible in your market. You have a demonstrable track record of delivering results through building strong client and candidate relationships. Previous experience of recruiting in Accountancy & Finance could make you a particularly strong candidate; but we will consider consultants from any market if you have a desire to move into the accountancy recruitment market.
