Job Description

You will recruit, maintain and manage donors to maximize donor loyalty and provide a comprehensive administration service. Your varied tasks will range from organizing the unit diary, updating and maintaining records, liaising with contractors, managing staff training and ordering new equipment and consumables. The role will involve contact with a wide range of health professionals and other agencies as well as regular telephone contact, and face to face contact, with members of the public whilst running a busy Reception desk.

To join the team, you’ll need experience of managing a busy office in a service or people-focused environment, maintaining electronic and paper-based records and processing documentation. All round administration skills with a good grasp of Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Databases. With excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, you should be a relationship-builder with a positive, flexible approach to your work.
