Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring financial statutory requirements are met, including yearend and Audit.
- Managing the financial accounting including reporting systems and monitoring.
- Monthly management accounts for the SLT including written reporting.
- Collating accurate Payroll data alongside HR whilst maintaining compliance.
- Supporting the Head of Finance with monitoring, managing & interpreting group cash flows.
- Financial reporting on performance influencing factors & contracts, with cost reduction analyses.
- Developing & implementing a purchase order process alongside the Head of Finance.
- Supporting annual budgeting, whilst developing & managing programme budgets.
- Supporting with monitoring output & spending, reporting variances.
