Job Description

The duties of the role are to Support Accident Services Engineering and Repair functions:

• Obtain insurance company and Fleet managers repair authorities on behalf of customers where damage estimates have been submitted.
• Arrange vehicle inspections as required
• Providing internal and customer updates on progress being made through contact with our repair network
• The commitment to deliver on your promises and go above and beyond for people.
• And you've the attention to detail and communication skills to produce written correspondence as required.
