Job Description

The site in Plymouth is experiencing unprecedented growth with significant projects in the pipeline for the next 5-10 years.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Develop and deliver robust supply chains to support project completion
• Full life cycle procurement and both pre and post contract management
• Establish project requirements
• Support delivery of project objectives through the rigorous management of contract and supplier performance
• Manage Supplier performance against time, cost, quality and other key indicators
• Work with Suppliers to understand opportunities or risks
• Develop key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A demonstrable track record in full life cycle procurement and contract management
• A proven track record in delivering excellent supply chain performance
• A deep understanding of contract terms and conditions
• Deep understanding of planning and implementing supply arrangements, managing supplier performance and scheduling of deliveries
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record in successful supplier management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to achieve SC clearance
