Job Description
You will need to demonstrate previous mortgage administration support.
- Mortgage processing system to be kept up to date through tracking and monitoring of each processing stage ensuring New Mortgage Client Task List is completed.
- Electronic filing of client correspondence and all other relevant documentation at the time of processing the application.
- Complete post application checks
- Complete pre application activity as agreed with line manager
- Diary management, task management and event scheduling for both adviser and you.
- Management of case files
- Administrative and data entry tasks using the in-house system (Intelligent Office)
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update meeting room calendar
- Update Office manager with front office supply requirements
