Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can make sure the problem we’re trying to solve is fully understood, laying out the options before we jump into delivery. You’ll compile reports of recommendations, with an analysis of their impact, the resources required, and the cost implications. You will love nothing more than really grasping a problem, assessing the current state, and working with stakeholders to establish the desired future position.

This will be a multifaceted role, and will require you to get involved in multiple projects, as well as driving the start of new ones. 

What are the hours? 40 hours a week. Monday – Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience as a BA working on complex projects.
• A strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and finance processes is highly desirable.
• Recognized business analysis certification desirable.
• You will have a knack at understanding and getting to the heart of a problem, knowing what questions need answering to identify where we can find value.
• Excellent organization skills – you will be able to organize your time effectively and possess a strong ability to decide issues that need to be prioritized with minimal supervision.
• Data literacy – advanced Excel as a minimum, ability to write SQL queries and query Data Warehouses would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills – you will be expected dig in, interrogate and interpret a wide variety of data and information, with exceptional presentation skills.
• You’ll be a strong communicator, able to clearly and confidently outline decisions, approaches, and conclusions which are key to wider business success.
