Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an ever-growing fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to. Payroll activities and reports.

  • Inductions for new starters, including training packs and start dates
  • Mailbox management and telephone duties
  • purchasing and ordering office supplies
  • General clerical duties, including electronic filing, ad-hoc reporting, diary management, arranging meetings and coordinating appointments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for the position, candidates must:

  • Have experience of working within a similar role (not essential)
  • Highly organized
  • Have a good level of IT literacy
  • Possess a flexible approach to work
  • Have the ability to use their initiative and manage their workload
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with all areas of the organization.
