Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and Outlook and sound secretarial background with significant experience as a secretary at director level is essential.
Ability to prioritise, attention to detail when dealing with complex data, able to use own initiative, Flexible and decisive. Tact/diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations would also be essential qualities the successful candidate would hold.
Educated to degree level or equivalent or significant direct experience at director level essential.
OCR Level 2 Diploma in Secretarial Skills or equivalent required.
Experience within the Public Sector would be an advantage
